Assume I have dragged some pictures onto Autopano giga and clicked "Detect".
Then I clicked the "Render" icon on the right pane and the "Render" dialog window opens. Fine so far.

When I click now the "Render" button at the bottom then
1.) a small "Batch renderer" windows opens show rendering progress and stays open
2.) the resulting picture is NOT automatically opened after finishing. Users have manually to open it in picture viewer.

How can I
a) auto-close "Batch renderer" dialog window when finished
b.) auto-open result panorama picture WITH DEFAULT viewer?
