I believe that I discovered the issue. One of my panographs had a name with two words in it ie: Entry Hall. If I remove the space and replace it with an underscore the problem is fixed ie: Entry_Hall. Now my music plays without restarting each time a user navigates to a different panorama. I hope this helps someone else out. It would be nice to be able to name our panoramas without the underscore as a space. It just looks more professional when looking at the dropdown list of the panoramas.
