Desaturated Colours

Hi, I'm new to this forum so forgive me if this topic has been discussed before. I did do a search but nothing came up. I've recently purchased the Panotour Pro and finding my ways around it. Noticed that once a tour had been built the colours when viewing as a swf file are somewhat desaturated compared to the original panorama when viewed in photoshop or in the pano tool. Any ideas? Thank you.

Am I really the only one with this problem?

Which profile are you using in your equirectangular images? If you use Adobe1998 you´ll find the colors desaturated
in browsers. For that reason either don´t use any profile or use sRGB.

Re: Desaturated Colours

Thank you so much for geting back to me Klaus. You're very generous with your expertise I've noticed. Excuse my ignorance but where do you set the profile. I'm using PTGui.

Kind regards.

Hey Christa!

You can set the profile easily in Photoshop - guess you check the equi-image anyway in PS after rendering!?

Re: Desaturated Colours

Thanks again Klaus. Yes I do check in PS. Colour profile set to sRGB and Proof Setup to Monitor RGB/Proof Colors checked so what I see on screen is pretty much what I should get when saving image. But as I said, when viewing as swf file colours are muted??
