I am looking for a function that allow me to have access to the variables of the panorama from outside. I have a Panorama tour with 5 hotspots, I want to use Panotour in an interactive online questionnaire. For this I need to know which panorama of the tour is currently being shown.
Is it possible to get the current values of variables of panorama tour from outside? For example - I need to get the name of current displayed scene from JavaScript.
Thanks in advance for your helps.

Hello,
With the current version of Panotour Pro (1.8), you need to add extra code in the generated XML files to be able to get the name of the displayed scene.
You will not have to do anything wih the 2.0 version, it will be automatic. You'll have access to this parameter inside the XML code or outside through the JS api of krpano.

Hi Gerald
And do you have any news on a release/beta date for Panotour 2.0? I think we have heard the "this will be avalible in version 2.0" a lot of times, but without any date in sight.
Look at your forum, facebook etc. Everbody wants to know when, or at least a progress status. Is it days, month or years away?
Cheers
