Trouble with background music or lack of it in Autopano Pro Tour

Hi, can anyone help. I'm createing a autopano pro tour with 10 360's and embedding 6 slideshows, which work ok. When i add music, if i click from one360 image to another 360 image the music carries on great, but if i click any of the slideshows within a 360 image the music stops, and when i come out from the slideshow the music starts from the begin again. Is there a way around this, as when the slideshow is playing i still want the music to carry on in the background. If anyone can help it would be much appreicated Kelvin.

You can edit all this in the xml. Look into the KRPano documentation: http://www.krpano.com/plugins/soundinterface/#top

Re: Trouble with background music or lack of it in Autopano Pro Tour

Hi Mediavet & Klausesser, I've created virtual tours before and never had this problem. I've created the tour, and added hotspots. If I click on a hotspot to take me to another 360 image, the music continues to play, great. But if I click on a hotspot that contains a slideshow (flash,-mpeg4), it stops playing, and when I click  to stop the slideshow, the music starts again at the beginnning of the song; I've got no sound on the slideshow, I just want the background music to carry on playing. What I want is to click any hotspot, and the music continues to play from beginning to end,  for the music to play throughout the presentation, I hope this all makes sense, thanks Kelvin

I built a simple test tour which has embedded video (as a Hotspot Display/Object) and backgroud audio (MP3) and a Flash slideshow (SWF created with JetPhoto) linked from a Point hotspot.

All works as expected when viewed with Firefox on Windows XP/32.

The video sound and background sound continues when I click the hotspot to display the slideshow.

What type of hotspot are you using to link to the slideshow?

This is how I link to my SWF slideshow:

Re: Trouble with background music or lack of it in Autopano Pro Tour

Hi Klausesser, I've Built it Just as you've shown, I've tried it with just 2 panoramas, But I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything. I'm using proshow producer to create the slideshow which is made in flash video Mpeg4, would it be possible to embed the music in the hmtl page? If I can do this I can take the music out of the tour.

I had no problem with a Flash slideshow (SWF).

But I can confirm your observations if you chose an MPEG4 video or an FLV video.

Hi Everyone,

At long last I’ve Created a Virtual 360 Degree tour of the “Beautiful Elounda” it has ten 360 degree
Images and 6 slideshows embedded in the 360’s. It also has music, which takes a minutes or so to load, if you don’t like it, you can turn off  the music at the bottom of the screen.  Please email me any thoughts or queries you have, let me know if everything works. VERY IMPORTANT THESE FILES WILL NOT PLAY ON IPADS OR MOBILE PHONES.  Please paste either of the links below into a web browser, love Kelvin.

Re: Trouble with background music or lack of it in Autopano Pro Tour

I'm not keen on hidden hotspots. Where can I find an example of your embedded slideshows?

Did you find a solution which allowed you to include background sound in the tour along with the slideshows?

The slideshows are contained in hidden hotspots, 1 in Overview of Elounda, 1 in Spinalonga, 1 in Mavrikiano, 2 in Elounda by night, 1 in Cypriana,

I found one - I'm not keen on the 'fussy' random transition styles.
