no, yes... 
wiki = everybody who does create an account can edit the page and create new pages...
(top right placed of the wiki: login...)
you also can post your link here and I add it to the cateory 
PS: I actually dont remember anymore how I did get access to wiki: was it username & password of autopano forum or was it seperate register page:

here I see a login/register.... but at the page itself only a login part. So maybe it was disabled and now automatically credentials used from autopano forum.
