fist: for 6700,-$ I'm very confident you'll get an signiture Version from CEO of Kolor, Alexandre Jenny, and as addon all features handcoded by the CEO from your video which is still missing in 1.8 version of panotour pro.

panotour pro 1.8 does include an embedded license of krpano. So if you buy an panotour pro 1.8 all features are possible that can be found for krpano version 1.0.8.14 on www.krpano.com.
krpano is currently based on version 1.0.8.15 so this littles step includes huge steps forward about mobile devices. this will all be part of next panotour pro 2.0 version. which first infos got released in Summer 2012. Currently we all are waiting to get this versions in our hands. a preview of all feautres can be found in blog in following presentation (1st half of presentation is about now released autopano 3.0 and second half is about upcoming panotour 2.0):

so if you are firm to manually handcode/edit xml code (reference manual and examples on www.krpano.com) you can create with panotour 1.8 a standard tour with many features from video, than export tour with xml files not embedded ... and you than can edit the code according to krpano documentation (with limitation that features of 1.0.8.15 will or wil not run with panotour 1.8 tour (as example I mention the scene tag).

so with the embedded krpano license you also can use all packages from krpano page, that means you than also can do all krpano 1.0.8.15 stuff - but currently without panotour GUI.
panotour 2.0 will be first time the official GUI frontend for krpano. so we can expect that all features/plugins etc. than can also be used from within panotour 2.0 GUI.

have a look at the preview and have a deep look at the exaples and documentation of krpano.

mobile devices support with current panotour pro 1.8 is running with idevices and with PC Computer and Mac Computers on common browsers, HTML5 support is limited currently so android devices with no flash anymore are currently out of the game, android 2.3 with flash for example does have no problems (except of performance if visiting gigapixel panos and zooing deep there). high resolution idevices (retina displays) are also currently missing support (not using tablets and idevices so with sure not cemplete listed all by me...)
