problem viewing bingmaps

Hello there,
I get an API key from bingmaps, my tour opens but not the bingmaps...I do everything according to the documentatiton- actually it is so easy could anybody ever make a mistake about it while creating the tour?-, paste my API key for bingmaps, create the tour but where there should be the bingmaps it is such "black"...I try with another tour and another key, it is the same...Could someone help me with this? I'd appreciate it highly
Best regards

Re: problem viewing bingmaps

Hi Andrew,
Both...First I tried on my desktop and then I put it on the server and in both cases the map cannot be viewed...I got another key and tried with a different tour, the same..I just made another go but I didn't get any new key so I updated my trial key and put it into another project...The result is the same both locally and on the server...
I can see "the slider" on the left of my screen, when I click on the icon the slider opens and where there should be the map it is just black...

Re: problem viewing bingmaps

The problem was solved by putting a hotspot on the bing maps...I had a tour with just one pano and I didn't know that I have to put a hotspot on the map to make it work...Here are other questions related to the use of the bingmaps: I've been reading all the time bingmapsportal but my english is not so good to understand all the details of the definitions, of the  terms of use and of the  the license agreements...One question is this: I want to create PTP tours with bingmaps and put these tours on the servers of diffetent clients. Do I do that with one and the same key? While creating the key I was asked to fill in the url adress, and I wrote my own url but I'll use the tours on different url adresses; do I have to update the keys in this case? And about the type of key: Trial keys expire, so I guess one needs to get "the public website" typ of key from bingmaps...I read there is this limitation of 125.000 transactions per year...Is this normally enough? I hope to find some experienced Virtual Tour creators on this forum which use the PTP for longer time and can share their experince...
Any answer will be highly appreciated

As far as I know you only need one key.
