I realzed it was because i had it on autofocus and it changed depth of field on the tree and the binoculars so it threw off the alignment not to mention depth of field. the rest of the image is fine. it's a matter of learning how to shoot these things properly of which I'm still figuring out.

The linked file is *really* small, can't see much of anything.
Can you describe how you're taking the shots? and how many shots? e.g. consistent manual focus, consistent aperture and shutter speed, etc? From what little I saw there were some up front elements that could cause parallax error. Also, did you shoot portrait (preferred) or landscape?
