you probably need some adjustments to xml paths, this is typical when using krpano/panotour pro in CMS or other dynamic site environment, it is probably attempting to load some files from the dynamic page URL root (which is not a real directory) or site root instead of the actual pano directory
use something like the safari activity viewer on the page loading the pano to see what files are loading (or not) from where and adjust your xml accordingly, basically make sure %SWFPATH% is added to all paths in xml and you should be ok

Hello,
Did the webmaster renamed some files ?
If the webmaster renamed the swf file and only this file, then he has to rename identically the main XML file of the tour and only this XML file.
If he needs to rename all the files, then he also has to edit the 2 XML files to change all the "url" fields accordingly.
The krpanoiphone.js, krpanoiphone.license.js files should not be renamed.
