ERROR: unable to open video

Hello, here i go again, with one more problem!
ERROR: unable to open video
Please, someone could tell me why this error is happening? The video does not open. I´m viewing in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox . The video is in MP4 format.

Hi.. Two reasons spring to mind.. Firstly;.. You have not uploaded your video to the correct location.. and Secondly; Your video file size is way too big....

So, how big is your video... ??

Edited... I have just checked and it all works fine.. So I am guessing your video file is too big...

Did you upload the video file?

Audio and video files are never embedded and must be uploaded separately.

Hi,
I have the same problem!
What is the largest video size supported?
Is this necessary to upload the video to the server? The panotour don't put the video inside the tour as same as the panoramas?
