Hi Guys,
A quick question - I'm creating a tour for a museum and would like to include a video hotspot. The video is an artist talking about a particular painting. I've successfully embedded the video into the packaged tour but when I play it, there is no sound - am I using the wrong format (.mov)? How can I get the sound in the video to play?

Hey Andy!
.mov is correct. Did you look for sound-settings? It must work with the propper settings:

Thanks - but Im still a bit unsure...
The video is a 2min clip (about 80mb) and I've inserted it as an "Object" with a point hotspot.
(PLease take a look at my screenshot below)
Should I be putting it in differently? And as for the code, Im not really sure where to put code or how to code for PTP? Maybe this is a larger question than originally anticipated....

Okay - So I solved my problem by outputting a smaller video file ~20mb.
But maybe you could help me with my code question?
