Microsoft Codec for natively RAW viewing

many, many, real many RAW formats are included - and with native support of 32bit and 64bit:

good intentions, but only ajour per 2010 for the Olympuses.

E-P2 is there, was replaced by E-P3 in 2011
E-M5 is missing
