Hi... Have you checked to see if your logo4.gif grahic is located in "virtualtourdata/graphics/logo4.gif" folder... It might be as simple as uploaded the missing gif graphic...

You can test to see if it can be found by adding the prefix to the virtualtourdata >>> folder.. Meaning the full url to that gif....If it doesn't open in a brower, then its missing or not placed in the right folder....

OK.. Very strange... One thing was of concern is how long the logos took to load on my Mac.. but at least they were there.. I am sure that the logo is an feature option in iPhones but not 100% certain.. Also, I am not sure why it is saying it cannot find the plugin.. There is no krpano plugin and ptp, is a generic plugin.. I am sure it should be there as part of the default build..

Anyway.. I can only suggest you try a few things.. One, make sure your file names and file extension are not in upper case.. sometimes that has issues..

Also, there are different versions of gif's, I suggest you borrow a gif from the krpano folder, and test that.. if it works, then your gif format is at fault.. I know of at least 3 different formats of gif.. Also, if its an available option, empty your cache.
