Cumbersome workflow with Autopano and 360cities.net or similar

Hi!
The 360x180 panoramas used by 360cities.net and similar services is imported as equirectangular images. If you want to have a nodal logo in your image and are using Autopano to create the image, you do as far as I can tell need a separate program to add the logo. Here is a sample workflow for doing this using Pano2VR and Photoshop. Can anyone suggest an easier way?

1. Make your pano equirectangular 360x180 image in Autopano.
2. Import image into Pano2VR
3. Convert image to cubefaces
4. Open cubeface with nodal point in Photoshop.
5. Add nodal logo and save.
6. Import edited cubeface into Pano2VR.
7. Convert cubefaces back to an equirectangular image that can be imported in 360cities.net or similar.

It would have been so easy just to be able to add a nodal logo directly in Autopano...
