In your experience do you get better photos by revisiting locations?

Weather aside, whats your opinion?

I use TPE, Google Maps, Wind Guru and Weather.com, which pretty much clarifies most of my concerns. Once or twice I have been let down by elevation.

So, does your familarity with a location help you to get improved results over previous visits?
