Your problem is not very clear to me. Please give me details on what your configuration is (Win/MacOS, 32/64 bits). To register, once installed, start Photoshop, open Neutralhazer main dialog (filters > Kolor > Neutralhazer), click on "register" button to open register dialog. There enter your user name (email used when buying the key) and your registration key. Validate. A success message should be displayed once this is done.
