if you look at the screenshot with the debug window you can see that the filepath of the "error" file contains other characters than:

a-z
A-Z
0-9
- (minus)
_ (underscore)

in special I can see empty spaces and some special character I cant identify, but german umlauts like äöü or ß or french accents, questionmarks etc are currently still nogos...
in most cases ftp server, webserver, linux operating systems cant handle them correct so to avoid possible traps dont use them....

PS: and to simplyfy all more avoid Upper cases in filenames or even fielpaths...

in your case - because all is still locally saved the local access should still work - the error can be causesd because of access/security restrictions caused by flash plugin
start tour locally so you get the error again -  with mouse click right button -> global settings -> storage -> grant access - so websites can access this computer
and advanced -> settings for trusted storage and add here your path/drive/subdir etc to your locally saved pano
