Hi,
in the control point editor i can see two tiles. I have to set each of them to the same magnification, drag them one by one, and set the control points in each of them separately.
In my testing last days i tried ptgui too, and there the point editor can synchronise both tiles. When there are at least three or four good points, dragging one tile automatically drags the other. And setting one point in one tile automatically jumps to a suggested place in the other, or if the existing points are really really good, the corrsponding will be set automatically after some additional geografic analysis.
I didn´t find such a feature in apg, or did i oversee it?
If it really doesn´t exist, pleeeease give it for the 3.0 final a chance.
greetings from germany
Chris

We'll probably won't do that. I prefer that you concentrate on aera mode, which is really faster way to work : 2 clicks, hundred of CP generated, all CPs with subpixel accuracy ( if the content is sharp )

Yes, i agree that automatic is always faster - and better ;-) But i had some tiles with repeating structures where the automatic generated points have been set one occurence of the structure beneath.
