If you select one of the HTML templates in the Tour Build options PTP will create an HTML file to launch/load the tour.

This HTML file invokes a script the detects the user-agent of the browser being used to view the tour.  It will detect i-Devices and load the HTML/javascript version of the krpano Viewer and Tour rather than the Flash version.

Your Web page does not appear to incorporate/invoke this script and so it always attempts to load the Flash version of tour.

You can test the working of this script using Safrai on a desktop or laptop which has Flash installed, by switching values for the user-agent and noting whether the Flash or HTML/javascript vesions of a tour are loaded (right-click on a Windows system, cmd-click on a Mac?, will show whether or not it is the Flash version).

Probably the easiest way to do it  would be to re-build the tour with one of the HTML template options selected and then inspect the HTML file produced by PTP and take the bits that your HTML doesn't have - if  you see what I mean.

Alternatively edit to the HTML file PTP creates to customise it to match you 'look-n-feel'.

You should end up in pretty much the same place.
