I've touched on this topic before. I need to be able to link to specific panoramas within a virtual tour.  I know that there are some plugins out there but the coding and extra work make it infeasiible to offer this deep linking with swfs to my clients.  I've seen other threads stating that it may be coming out in a future version. When would that be? Will this work with HTML5?
