I've just spent the last hour trying to upgrade my basic software to Autopano Giga & Panotour Pro. But every time I click to buy, I get taken to My Account page. What's going on here? Is there something happening here that I'm not aware of?

Most of the time, the upgrade process is just free. So first login to your account and click there on upgrade to see if your eligible or not.
