1)  If the NAME under panorama properties contains a comma the name will not be be displayed

In which or over which object is this name badly displayed.
I just did a quick test, I found a bug case on thumbnails tooltips, but not on thumbnails stack tooltip.
I open a bug issue for thumbnails tooltip, but could you tell me if you are in another case ?

2)  Google controls: display values Zoom, Position and Map are not set to true when activated

I do not understand this "bug" description.
Or perhaps do you want to always display Zoom, Position and Map Type controls on the google map, and you prefer them to be checked by default ?
If it is your bug, then, just create an empty project, activate the PanotourMaps plugin, check those 3 boxes, and click on the "set as default values" green icon in the bottom right corner of the tab.
Those controls are in most cases superfloueous and do not fit the tour look and feel, that's why they are not checked by default, but you can change this default behaviour by doing this.
