I've created a set of layers in APG and in the Render dialogue chose %L to save the layers for blending later in Photomatix.  The layers were saved but all the layers appear to be of the final blended image.  I've selected Group by Stack and Group by Brakcet because the shutter speeds are not consistent across all the panels due to varying differences in scene brightness of the different panels.  This is intended to be a 2 row, 3 column pano.  The layers are all coming out the same.  All the layers look like the blended image.  There's no exposure variation.

Please advise.
