Re: ok - i ran a test today:

I am confused. What was the purpose of the test?

Why was there a difference between the XML and EXIF for focal length?

Would you normally use the Papywizard Import wizard when shooting with a fullframe fisheye lens?

Re: ok - i ran a test today:

Does your camera have an image orientation sensor enabled?

Why does the XML data show a Roll of 90?

How was this XML file created - I note it show a version of 'a'? With Papywizard and if so with which version? With the Touch controller? With Josef's new robotic head?

Hi Andrew!

It was created by the new Touch controller in combination with Josef´s new head. The Mercury sensor in my 5D2 - do you mean the automatic rotation? Is always disabeled.
I can´t find anything called "Mercury sensor" on the camera which could be enabeled or disabeled.

Guess it shows a roll of 90° because the camera is in portrait mode?

best and thank you for looking, Klaus
