Aerial pano : selecting "good" images for the calculation

Hi

I'm moving on with my aerial panos, shot from helicopter.

Thanks to all that helped me upto now, I've gone quite a bit further.

This is the problem I now have : due to (small) movements while taking pictures, there are some paralax problems between foreground and background, so that when APG stitches, some aereas are tilted, and cannot be straightened using the "vertical" tool.

When I shoot, to be certain not to have holes, the pictures are quite redundant, so that I can leave out the "worst" pictures. But then: how do I chose the "worst" pictures ?

It seems to me that pictures that look tilted once stitching is done could be a problem. I'd like to re-stitch, but leaving out some pictures, to see if the result improves (but without deleting them). Is there an easy way to do this ? (I tired de-selecting in the layer pannel, but this applies only to the preview, not to the calculation).

It also seems that pictures shot with horizon is not horizontal tend to warp the pano. Is this true or an impression ? If true, why ?

Any suggestions on settings that would give better results on this type of pano. (of course, I'm using "multiple point of view" option) ?

Here are the full pano (now 360°x180° cool ) and a small aerea where problems whith non parallel verticals are pointed with the red arrows.

Ah, yes, some tech details : I'm using APG 2.6 ; 110 pictures, altitude roughly 1000ft above ground ; 12Mpx DX nikon (D300), focal length 24mm, f:7 constant, variable speed.
