I have
Lenovo R400,
Merlin,
Windows Vista 32 bit,
Deltawave PapyMerlin BT module,
and Canon EOS 7D.
After I connect my laptop and merlin, the head can move up, down, left and right.
It seems that everything is OK!
BUT! when I star shooting, the shutter can NOT be trigger.

I've changed AF to MF and increased the Pulse width high value.

plz tell me
Anything should I do?
Change the cable?
It seems the same problem happened before.

Hello Lai,

Do-you have made the trial that I have suggested ?

Please connect the trigger cable only to the camera and shorten the ground with the pin of the stereo connector, your camera should fire !!! If not... the cable is defectuous and should be replaced !
You can do this trial with a "paper clip" i.e.

I've tried to do what you asked me to do.
But it still doesn't work.
I think it might be a cable problem.
I'm tired to try any possibility again.
Should I replace the cable?
But I can not buy the same cable in my country.
