When i press the button for rendering I get a dialog on which I often change nothing and just press render.
I would like to have a keyboard shortcut while in panorama editor with which I can quickly start the rendering, without a dialog popping up.

In the editor we don't manage that, but it's done in the panorama view. If you click the blue gear icon, it opens the render dialog, if you use ctrl ( or cmd ) + blue gear icon, it lanches the rendering without any dialog box interface.
