I translated following context menu entires to german by adding the according xml files inside the standard template directory:

Project-Properties->Appearance->Controls Bar->Template -> XXX
Project-Properties->Appearance->Text->Effect -> XXX
Project-Properties->Appearance->Progress Bar -> XXX

Hotspot-Properties->Link->Panorama -> Transition -> XXX
(the xml files are translated, but currently in beta1 release the "de" language definition is not recognized by ptp 170b1...)
