Nice topical panos. Did you attract much attention when shooting?
But:
1. I think it's Finsbury Square and not Finsbury park.
2. I don't like the little planet intro.
3. I don't like the hostpots I think the thumbnail stack along with a map with radar might work better.

It was just a quick and dirty thing but thanks for the feedback, ill have another play with it and see what comes out.
And no, i dont think i managed to attract much attention, there were already plenty of others about with tripods and still and video cameras.
I think that's a bit better. Ive not used the maps bit before since it cant be previewed locally. Hot fussed about the hotspot icons since noone has paid for this. Sometimes its tricky to strike the balance between being visible enough and being too in your face with the hotspots, especially in such a busy scene

Thanks for the panora, I know understand much clearer why St Paul was closed for the first time since very long.

Interestingly on this lunchtimes news it has been stated that the Metropolitan Police used an heat detecting camera from a helicopter last night and that only 1 in 10 of the tents actually had an occupier. So much for the die hard slogans of we'll sleep on the cold streets of London etc etc

@UKpano, with the weather getting colder, I can imagine some tents have extra protection to prevent heat from escaping.
And some sleepingsbags are rather good for the same purpose.
If people want to stay warm I can imagine they do a lot of things which might as well explain this.

I don't know whether the thermal effectiveness of modern sleeping bags is that good now to retain 100% of all body heat generated versus a Police heat detecting camera. Been 30 years since I was in a sleeping bag let alone a tent! If they are that good then remind me to get some to insulate my 400 year old cottage as it to gets blooming cold in the winter!

Would a sleeping bag that allows you to sleep at 0 degrees Fahrenheit be enough?

Using these might be a bit expensive for insulating your cottage but they will surely get the job done :-)

Sounds like just the thing for the cottage, thanks!
