Bonjour à tous,
je me présente:
Je l’appel Didier et ait découvert les produits de Kolor via le logiciel autostitche que j'utilise depuis quelques temps. Malgré qu'Autostitch donne des résultats géniaux, je suis intéressé d'aller plus loin avec Autopano Giga grâce à sa gestion des hautes résolutions et fusion d'exposition.
J'ai découvert il y a peu le projet de tête motorisée que j'aimerai me monter, mais avant cela j'aimerais avoir quelques confirmation sur les informations que j'ai glanées sur le Forum et le Wiki.
J'ai actuellement un Nikon D70s + ordinateur avec clé Bluetooth et si j'ai bien compris il me faudrait au minium le matériel suivant:

Pour l'alimentation, si c'est réaliste, je me débrouillerai avec 8 piles rechargeables à la place des batteries.
Les poste concernnat la tablette Nokia 770 m'ont donnés l'eau à la bouche. Si je sais faire une bonne affaire sur eBay je me laisserais bien tenter.
Pourriez-vous me dire si je me plante complètement ou si je suis dans le bon.

Don't bother considering the Nokia 770 tablet. It won't run the latest version of Papywizard.
Instead look at the N800 or N810 tablets.
The N810 has a slide out keyboard which is of no value for Papywizard, but more importantly it has a LCD display that is said to be more readable outdoors than the display on the N800.

If I can' t run the last version I forget the 770.
I find a second hand N800 At 100 euros on ebay, I think it could be interesting.
Do you think I made good choices in the materials that I find?

Merlin non-GoTo is fine.
The DeltaWave PapyMerlin Bluetooth interface is excellent.
I wouldn't bother with that rail. What you will need to mount your camera/lens on the Merlin mount will depend on the camera and lens used and the type of pano scene you wish to shoot.
Most people who shoot indoor panos use a fisheye lens and manual pano head. Robotic pano heads are typically used to shoot outdoor panos with a pano FOV of less than 360x180 with longer focal length lenses.
You need to mount your camera /lens at the No Parallax Point (NPP) if you plan to shoot indoor panos. If your camera has a base to centre of lens mount dimension of greater than 40mm, and/or your chosen lens has a barrel diameter of more than 40mm, then you will have to modify the rail and/or dovetail clamp to mount your camera/lens at the NPP on a Panogear/Merlin mount.
If shooting partial panos outdoors using longer focal length lenses and you have nothing in the scene too close to the camera then it is not necessary to mount the camera/lens at the NPP. With very long heavy lenses it is more important to mount the camera/lens close to the centre of mass that at the NPP.
