Things we like!

Hi all
Sometimes it is hard as a supplier to know what features customers actually like in the present product (so are worth keeping) and it can also be a bit demoralising when all you get are problems and suggestions for enhancement.
So, this post is, give Kolor some love!
Personally, as a tour producer with a need to update my product and hence my software, I spent a couple of weeks reviewing the current software offerings. And PTP really just stood as as the product to use. I like:
1. Very easy to use interface (despite the lack of documentation.)
2. Very intuitive to create tours. That ability to lay out tens, even hundreds, of panos that make a tour in the interface and then create the linking hotspots by dragging lines around is brill, and makes tour planning really easy. This means I can spend more time on paid (and high quality) client work and less time on planning.
3. Based on krpano, which has quality output, and with a bit of learning is very customisable to really polish the look or functionality of a tour.
4. Support for mobile and video, which are only now (I think) coming to competing products.
5. Good forums, with knowledgeable people and that aren't really full of serious problems. (When I am choosing a new product, I read reviews, then I read the forums. If the forums are full of people with serious and technical problems, then t me that means stay away. A lack of such problems means a stable and well thought out piece of software that I won't have to waste time problem solving, again, so I can get on with paid client work).
What do you like about PTP??
