Limit up and down view

I built a single row pano in Autopano Pro. (Nikon D200/Tokina 12-24mm)
I checked the box in the group settings to it will retain a 2:1 ratio. So now I have the black bars on the top and bottom of the image. How do I limit the amount of tilt the viewer can do so the black bars aren't visible in the tour?

If I crop the bars out, I then change the aspect ratio which creates the badly bowed horizontal lines when making the tour.
