Hi there !
I´ve purchased Panotour Pro (299 € plus VAT) ... I´m making a virtual tour for iPad/iPhone and when I check it on safari appears the watermark at the center saying: KrpanoJS Demo version !
Please help me ... I supossed that license was included at the software pack. Even I wrotte a e-mail Kolor contact asking for this issue and I did not have response...
I love this new software and I bought it for make iPad / iPhone virtual tours. Please help me !

Yes, the iDevice compatible tour creation capability is built-in with Panotour Pro.
Which version are you using (32-bit/64-bit) and on which OS platform?
You have registered your licence key in Panotour Pro?
When you are checking with Safari are you checking from local disk or an online tour?

The problem is half-solved ! ;-)
- I´m mac user (64 bits)
- I have registered the license key at the software
The good news is that the watermark has disappear (sorry for my english !) but the BAD NEWS is that when I upload ALL files to my server-hosting I can´t see anything. The check out on LOCAL is Ok even emulating iPhone with Safari (and without watermark)

It looks as if file permissions on some of the files may be set so that they cannot be read or executed.
Is that possible?
Are you sure you have uploaded all the files created when exporting the tour and that have maintained the same folder/file structure?

Yes, ALL archieves are uploaded. I upload with Cyberduck (ftp client) ... is possible that the permissions (read, write, etc.) are bad configurated. I never touch this parammeters, I upload by default.
It seems like you said, is a permmisions problem ... I now this is difficult to answer but how can I solve this issue ? ... Any idea ?

I expect your FTP client allows you to change (CHMOD) file permissions?
If so try setting permission on all files that make up the tour to 777 - no restrictions on read, write or execute.

EUREKA !!!,
the problem was the permissions !. My FTP client changed all the permissions and most of them was not allow "read" it ... uffffsss !!!
Now I changed the preferences of my FTP client and I hope in the future don´t have anytime this conflict.

Now I have to work to change a lot of things in my tour but I´m very happy.
