Just a notice. We scheduled a maintenance on the web-server tomorrow morning ( 9 hour, GMT+1 ).
All kolor website will be down during half an hour at most.
So don't worry about the website down, it will be temporary ( it should, it has to be temporary 
)

The Panobook.org website seems not working !?!

Yes, some parts are still not working, but it is another issue. A W3C website got down and this one was used for SOAP authentication. That's why some services around the website don't work ( support account, panobook for example ).
