Welcome to the forum...

Are you copying all the files that comprise the tour from your Mac to the Windows system?

Anyway...the simplest way to ensure you have all the required files is to create a new folder for each tour and save to that folder then copy the entire folder to your other system.

It would also be sensible to save with an HTML template enabled so you can then open the HTML file rather than open the SWF - that way the fullscreen feature will work which it won't if you open the SWF directly.
