How to save in flv format

This has probably been answered elsewhere in this forum but I'm struggling to find information. I need to save my virtual tours in the .flv format but the only way I can find to save a file in Autopano Tour is .swf. Is there a way to save in .flv and how?

Really appreciate any advice.
