Panotour Registration?

Hi,
I wanna try the new Panotour Pro beta 2 but I´m only allowed to use the Trial-Mode.
I´m having a Autopano Giga Registration but this doesnt work.
Do I have to buy another licence for panotour pro?

Regards,
Marc

Come Autopano Giga V2.5 no tour authoring software will be bundled with APG.

Autopano Tour will be succeeded by Panotour and Panotour Pro and marketed separately.

So you need a new licence key for Panotour/PanoTour Pro.

If you have only an Autopano Giga licence then you can obtain a free key for Panotour.

If you have an Autopano Giga licence AND a krpano licence then you can obtain a free licence key for Panotour Pro.

Here's info on how to proceed:

Try to switch the UI to English before logging in using the dropdown flag icons at top right of the page - see screenshots.

Then follow the rest of the instructions to be found here:

If you completed the process then yes, you'll get the key via email.

But the orders for these particular keys are I understand processed manually at the moment so it may take a working day or two.

Strange I was using latest Firefox with Windows XP 32-bit, the flag icons are a 'rollover drop-down' for me; what browser were you using?

What's my next step??

Wait-n-see if the key arrives?

Or, more proactively, send a message to Kolor via the contact page - form towards the bottom of the page?

about IE. the site is using javascript....
so check also your browser settings. Internet  Security etc. on browser side for javascript so this is enabled.
sometimes also firewalls can block such traffic (many firewall appliances come with data inspection, antivirus and other tools. perhaps the javascript is also here blocked...)

about pending - if I remember correct it took for me 1/2 working days until I could download the license after getting the "pending" mail...

Re: Panotour Registration?

You need also to have a krpano licence to get a free key to Panotour Pro.

Since you already have an APG licence you can get the krpano licence for Euros 80 rather than 90 - see:
http://www.kolor.com/buy/software/krpan … cense.html
