Hi !
T and C Controller I am pleased to buy.
Simple and easy to use, light and small.
This notebook PC will be released from a bit heavy.
The simple question that I wanted to use:
1. Why in the Portrait and Landscape What difference Pitch arm side.
[Maybe so decided to simplify the operation?]
2. Why at Landscape mode, yaw axis What a slow movement.
[Although I support the load if the pitch axis is supposed to be far more serious]
[Papywizard if moved faster and 200mm lens.]
3. And then proceed to select a profile head to rotate slightly to the left.
The number 2 is most in need.
Very glad to be resolved.

1) in landscape-mode the camera´s body is very much smaller on it´s left side - so it can be moved closer to the arm when the arm is on the left. You can match the NPP better.
In landscape-mode using the "L" bracket the T&C automatically wants the arm on the left side.
2) Using the T&C and the Kolor-provided LI Batteries the movement is faster,
and using the Merlin´s newest firmware it´s again MUCH faster.

Hallo mamoo,
the answer to 1. is: if you work in portrait mode and the handle of the camera looks downwards you can get problems to move the camera into zenit position (the space is to small). In landscape you cannot get close to the turningpoint if the handle of the camera is in direction of the vertical arm
to 2: the reason is the fimware of the head. If you have 020681 firmware, the head is almost 3 times slowlier than with firmware 020781. Alexandre Faure from Kolor can help you with an update of your head firmware.
to 3: the reason for that short movement is that the remaining battery voltage will be meassured under working conditions, or you would get always a full battery sign even if it is not true.

For the point #2, the strange thing is that mamoo get faster results with Papywizard than with T&C controller...

But will/does the 02.07.81 firmware with V2 Merlin heads also produce higher performance when using Papywizard?

It seems that the V2 Merlin and associated 02-series firmware still exhibits the stepping effect when controlled by Papywizard using long focal length lenses; reading back I see that Mamoo has a V2 Merlin mount with 02.06.81 firmware.

1. There is no point at which the operation of the pitch axis to reverse the position of the arm for sure.

3. Check my battery no idea.
