Yes, it is possible.

If you stitched the pano witb APP/APG and have not processed it afterwards before using it in Autopano Tour (APT) then APT should automatically set the Panorama Data field of view values correctly - see screenshot. If the default values of 360, 180, 0 are displayed instead this means that APT was unable to read the data from the custom Kolor tag in the EXIF and you will have to enter the appropriate values manually.

If you wish to restrict the viewing area even more then you can use the Crop tool in the Hotspot editor - available in V1.1 beta 9 or later versions.
