Re: Reduce distortion in 360 Panorama

Dear all, I'm stitching a few 360 images that will be display in 2D. I wonder if there is a way to reduce the distortion in a 360 panorama with autopano giga or other softwave? I had tried the Planar projection but it doesn't work very well for the panorama over 180. Kindly see the images below for...

Re: Why this panorama is low quality

HI Destiny , ISO 200 will be ok , maybe set iso 400 or higher ? Whot do You think ? Your aperture is too wide open. This way your range of sharpness is very limited. For indoor shooting i suggest at least f8, better f11 or 16. Also you should set your focus carefully for achieving an appropriate fo...

Re: Missing image

There are no numbers where the missing image is. there are. click the "move" tool and you will see all numbers. Using the "guess" tool sometimes work also, right. But not always. When your gap is between #40 and # 42 you know which number to look for. Watching the grid after hig...

Also, do you have any tutorials on how to fix in Photoshop....I have been watching PhotoSerge's panorama tuts but I am getting an ugly line in the sky! It isn't there in Photoshop! Fixing it in Photoshop is a no-go - the image needs to get a matching distortion. It would take you hours in Photoshop...

open the project file, it´s already stitched. Then
you can edit in the editor and render it again.

I am thinking of editing an existing good .pano file and using it to import each set of 12 bracked images but it is very tedious to hand edit this file for each 12 images of 50 or more 360 panos. Does anyone here know how to get the templates working wi...

Re: Color Distortion Upon Stitch

Can anybody show the ideal settings when working with both RAW files and jpegs? 1) Never use JPGs for stitching if you want to achieve very good quality. 2) Use a dedicated RAW-decoder - Lightroom, Photoshop, PhaseOne for example - for processing RAW to TIFF BEFORE stitching. The RAW-modules in APG...
