Re: By-pass the screen between the tour and the HMD tour

Sorry, I made a typing error. I was using 9.1 all the time and this is the version where fullscreen won't work. There is a workaround that worked for me, but it's nothing one can give to the customer: saving the link to the tour on the homescreen will open the tour in full screen. So we all are desp...

Re: By-pass the screen between the tour and the HMD tour

Nice example, Gabriel and nice work, Kolor. You may want to add a feature that closes a hotspot as soon as another hotpot is opened. Currently I'm planning a tour for a customer where cardboard and 3D stereo are mandatory. I assume that somehwere in the near future PTP will support stereo panos but ...

Re: GUI improvements for faster workflow

Exactly. It even doesn't have to be automated, I'd already be happy if I could give them different colors manually.

Re: PDF Viewer issue

No, definitely not.
The files are 001.pdf, 002.pdf, ..., and PTP makes them _001.pdf, _002.pdf, ...,

Re: PDF Viewer issue

Got it.
In fact that's not entirely bad because now the user can decide if he wants to view or download a document. Alas it has to be a user being familiar with changing browser settings :D
Wish there was a way to control that through PTP.
Kolor, please go ahead. Tell GoPro to buy Adobe ^^

GUI improvements for faster workflow

1. Please remove the checkbox in front of the file selector. It makes no sense and forces users to make an unnecessary and useless click. As soon as one picks a file it is obvious that one wants to use it, right? 2. Automatically connect the tooltip to the filename. 3. In the hotspot editor we need ...

Re: Standalone Exe export?

Of course it's not ppossible, that's exactly why we demand it :-) I understand that in these days it has become somehow obsolete, but a recent customer request brought that to my attention as well. In the old days with a flash tour that was quite easy. And for some customers this still could be a be...

PDF Viewer issue

I have a tour that makes extensive use of viewing PDF documents through hotspots. Displaying the PDF documents in a PDF Box would be the way to go, right? A point spot is placed in the panoramas and the action to open the PDF Box is linked to the point spot. In each panorama the PDF documents are li...

Wrong Font [SOLVED]

I have specified a font for the tooltips and also the same font for the panorama menu.
In the tooltips the font appears correct, but in the menu it doesn't (has to be bold and condensed).
Why, and how can I change this? Fonts have to follow customer's CI.

Re: What causes PTP to rebuild all tiles of a tour

Thank you all.
I delted the cache file and completely rebuilt the tour as Benjamin suggested.
This seems o have solved it, the tour now also loads much faster in PTP-

Re: What causes PTP to rebuild all tiles of a tour

Unfortunately this doesn't help.
I even saved and reloaded the tour but the tiles are being generated anyway.

Re: What causes PTP to rebuild all tiles of a tour

I only find such a checkbox on the single panorama.
There is no way to apply this to the entire tour?

What causes PTP to rebuild all tiles of a tour

Since recently PTP starts to rebuild the tiles for my our every day I initially rebuild it after I made a change.
Which is very annoying as it takes a loooong time even when I haven't made any changes to the images.
What is the cause and how can I stop that? Generation method is set to default.

GUI: Turn off arrows in linked panos [SOLVED]

Is there a way to turn off the arrows between panos which are linked through hotspots?
These might be a nice feature for small tours but for a tour with 50 panoramas in groups and moren than 100 hotspots these are totally annoying and blocking the view on more important details.

Multilanguage tours [SOLVED]

I understand that PTP does not support multilangauge tours through the GUI yet, but what would be the way to add this feature manually? Preferably without having to create two parallel tours and ...

Re: Hotspots and Tooltips [SOLVED]

Go To Panorama/View freezes on FS

hotspot_window.jpg To get a better view of the default and/or custom view of a panorama that a hotspot is linking to, one would want to use the full screen icon in the top left corner of the preview window. Unfortunately upon hitting that button the window goes fullscreen but freezes completely bla...

Sort list of "Go To Panoramas" alphabetically

When editing hotspots one has to pick the panorama the hotspot should link to from a list. With this list being quite long (50+ panoramas) it would be MUCH easier if the list of those panoramas appears in an alphabetical order. Is there a way to achieve this? If not, wouldn't it be desireable to hav...
