Re: Can't view intro Little Planet at fullscreen

Thanks Benjamin, that works.

Is there anyway to automate this from within Panotour?

Why has v2 changed anyway. Little planet animations in smaller window sizes can be a little underwhelming. What is the need to delay the display of the control bar?

Re: Can't view intro Little Planet at fullscreen

Pleased to hear it can be altered from XML. Thanks Benjamin. And it sounds so easy, until I look at the scripting! onTourStart appears in 2 actions; tweennormalview and hideintroimage. I've tried it in a couple of positions at the start of hideintroimage, but the control bar appears immediately befo...

Can't view intro Little Planet at fullscreen

The control bar appears after the little planet transition completes, preventing you from hitting the fullscreen button before it starts playing. Could the 'Home' button be provided with an option to restart the tour from the actual start, rather than simply returning the pano being viewed to its' s...

Stacked Thumbnail borders not visible

Borders are visible on the Simple Thumbnails bar but not on the Stacked Thumbnails.

The thumbnails get lost against the pano background without the frame.

Re: Styles tab and editing spots: How?

'It is really quite logical once you get the hang of it' does seem a bit of a contradiction in terms. It may be logical, but it isn't intuitive. Intuitive would have been a left to right flow, with a clear structure, and less distracting side bars (I hate the design of those scrolling side bars). Th...

Re: Styles tab and editing spots: How?

Whilst walking myself through explaining the problem and taking a screenshot, I discovered that you can only edit the arrows from the left hand 'Spots Style' scrolling list. But now I need to replace that style in the Spots Library. Click on 'Save in Library' generates another iteration of that arro...

Styles tab and editing spots: How?

Installed the beta today and thoroughly underwhelmed by the 'Styles' part of the interface. Found it pretty unhelpful. Assumptions I made about the angles of arrows were wrong, and now I just cannot see any way to edit them. Searched the forum for the answer without success. I also found that the pr...

Re: Problems embedding pano into webpage

Since there were no suggestions, I guess this was a basic newb error. My consclusion is that it appears that the krpano viewer will only access jpgs from within its own directory and subdirectories. I think the structure of my URL's makes the viewer flash file think it's in a different location to t...

Problems embedding pano into webpage

Just registered version 1.8 upon realising that I couldn't use the trial version on a live website. I've gone from seeing the black flashplayer window with 'Error: Panotour Pro Trial', to a black flashplayer window informing me of the Panotour version, build, flashplayer version, registered to email...

At this stage I'd be happy just to see a png file scale. They seem to provide a nice crisp overlay whilst the aliasing blends seamlessly into the panos. Here's the title I've been using:

@Andrew - Thanks. It will be interesting to see if this can be included at this stage. As Klaus points out, it will probably need support of vector formats rather than just the existing raster. I think the way we initially present a VT or panorama is important, because I'm sure that many people thin...

It does seem a bit of an oversight. Using the demo package I have the title splash screen fade out as the tiny planet unfolds. It would be nice to frame the tiny planet with the intro title design. Back to the drawing board on that one! Is it possible (for a demo user) to put this in as a feature re...

Thanks for the prompt response Andrew. The VT I found was one of Richard Hart's. Top one on this page: http://www.richhartphoto.com/orange-county-360-vr-virtual-tours/ Scales vey nicely, but is this likely to have been done with a plugin and xml scripting? For my own test I created a png with a tran...

Splash Screen Scaling - Is this possible?

I'm evaluating PTP with a view to investing in a copy. I've searched the forums for an answer to this question without success, but I have seen VT's with what appear to be scaling splash screens. I've tested with a png file which won't scale, so what file format/type should I be using to maintain th...
