Hello,

Concerning Autopano capabilities, the size of the rendered picture depends of the file format. Some format have limitations on the size.
You can choose Photoshop format to obtain a PSB file that can be used in PTP if you want to.

Thomas

according to reports here, APP is not remembering state, though I have not tested it myself This issue is solved in the version you are testing. It existed in the former alpha version. Now for colour, I shoot almost all my panos in fixed exposure so I use no colour adjustment, but the default is to...

Hello Leif, The control point detection algorithm is not based on color. Moreover, as Klaus explains, the fact that this point is marked red informs you that this point has a large error regarding the optimization chosen by Autopano. Therefore, it just influenced a little the overall result. You can...

Hello, In autopano, the GPU is mainly used for the realtime preview. The GPU test you refer to is a small test to see if the GPU can process the preview or not. It is designed such that if the test fails, there is almost no chance that the realtime preview succeed. Nevertheless, we are a little disa...

Hello,

It looks like a limitation on the capabilities of your GPU. Can you please give us details about the GPU ?
By the way, does this error also occur on smaller panorama on the same computer (10-20 images) ?

Thanks,
Thomas

Hi Georg,

In this case, you can uninstall A3, and re-install it. Uninstalling A3 will remove the settings stored in the registry, and then default values will be corrected at reinstall.
I understand it can be tedious, and apologize for that.

Thomas

Hi Marco, Just one question: Did you uninstall the previous alpha1 or alpha2 versions before installing alpha 3 ? Since the preferences are stored in the windows registry, the wrong values (10%) are saved here. Therefore, if you didn't uninstall, those wrong values are used for the alpha 3 version t...

Good news! Nevertheless, I'd like to add one more point. The anti-ghost tool is designed to choose between objects that have really moved in the scene. For parallax problems, you might consider fixing the parallax by choosing other control points. Anyway, if the masking tool solves your issue, it's ...

Hello leif, Autopano have several cutting methods which are described at http://www.autopano.net/wiki-en/Understanding_and_using_the_rendering_engine#Cutting . In your case, I understand that you want to keep the pictures with the longest focal length, so you have to give the priority to those image...
