Re: Kolor eyes and gear vr

Hi Juergen, are you able to open the videos with the KolorEyes using note4+Samsung gear?
If not at least using the Oculus software you are able to open your own 360 videos from local storage either from SD or build in memory, you only need to copy the videos to the Oculus/360videos folder...

Re: Resize map not possible? [SOLVED]

Hi Destiny, thank you for the reply, I don't use IE either, but you know there are different customers and all of them have different environments. It is not a urgent matter but I hope there will be some fix or workaround. Working in a large software company who owns Java, I know developers are alwa...

Re: Resize map not possible? [SOLVED]

As suggested above, it works fine after I have changed the display parameter. But now I just found out it does not work with IE, the map can be resized with Chrome and Firefox, but not with IE (v11) and doesn't matter if I choose flash or HTML5. Do you have any hints for me how to make it work with ...

Re: Navigation between 2 different tours via HS in maps

Thank you,
yes I'm using Panotour Pro, so this should work then.
Means a lot of work to place all new HS into the map and relink them to the target.
Would it be possible at least to merge all the HS of two maps into one?

Navigation between 2 different tours via HS in maps

hi everyone, I would like to allow the navigation between two independent tours and have no good idea how this can be done. Right now I have placed hot spots in every panorama which opens a new website (in current frame) with the other tour. This allows me to jump at least to the other tour, but of ...

Before replacing the motor/gear you better build something from scratch.
I don't think you will find a replacement that fits without modification, cheap, strong and fast enough...
I do also believe the motor can turn a little faster.

I see only size matters BUT quality suffers in most of this examples ...
Specially the last 67Gp is totally blurred.
What about letting members vote on picture quality or some other factors.

You are right, this could be cause, so still a firmware issue. I had similar issues as we developed the gigapanbot plugin. As you remember I gave priority to my motor driver routine and did not respond to position requests. We solved the problem by increasing the timeout value and number or retries....

And shooting column by column but starting bottom left: Even I do not own the Merlin head and the problem does not reproduce (with similar parameters) with the Gigapanbot plugin and my motorized head, I'm confident that this is a firmware issue of the Merlin and not a bug in Papywizard. The facts a...

APG 2.0.7 Export panorama to Panotools and import with PTgui

I wanted to export a panorama with the panotools option and reopen it again with PTGui and found out that the orientation of all images has changed from portrait to landscape. And of course PTGui can't use this mess to stitch the panorama. After quick research in the PTS file created by APG I found ...

After further investigation of this option with different camera brands I found out that Canon uses a different method to trigger the flash compared to my Olympus camera. Hi Greg,
this looks good!
For which camera / load are you designing it?
But as Klaus mentioned, it may not be stable enough for a 5D even with a normal lens.
I'm using two 20x20mm profiles and even that is not rigid enough to keep a 2kg (camera plus lens) stable without vibrations.

You should consider to use Li-Ion or LiFePo Cells, you can buy them in any size and capacity, for example here: http://www.batteryspace.com/ and if you are not afraid on hacking things, buy a laptop battery and disassemble it ;-) In any case you need to use a proper charger for this type of batterie...

The easiest way to read the contact is to wire the hot shoe x contact to a interrupt pin of your AVR and Hot shoe ground to AVR ground. You don't need any additional circuit in between. From a software / plugin point of view would it not be enough to respond to the Set shutter contact state O<axis><...

But if it receives a new tilt position it can assume this is a new row and pause the head.
After user confirmation continue the job.
I can confirm this is a very useful feature and I'm using it very often with my native Gigapanbot controller.
