APG3.0 Mac Vertical Correction

the vert correct button is 'low-light' i.e. unavailable for a single row pano I'm creating. I recreated the pano with 2.6.3 and it work fine with vert correct option.

APG3.0 Save As...

on Mac it'd be nice to have the current name highlighted and the current folder chosen. And the suffix .pano added
Cheers

i always thought that APG was specifically tailored for Gigas (ie a lots of photos) which would have quite a different setup to reg fisheye panoramics - which APP would handle quite well.
- am i completely wrong on this?

this is not a bug in APG.

this is the difference between Raw files and camera made jpgs.

The tinge in Chromatic aberration. When the camera processed the raw file to create the jpg it removed this. You could easily remove it yourself if your processed the raw file in something like Lightroom or ACR.

APG3.0

15 minutes in and I'm loving it :)
thankyou

The quick preview is an excellent edition and quickly comparing the blending with previous version its seems considerably more smart it figuring out the difference and what's best to prioritise. And I've not even played with the CP masks yet !

@lumelix okay, so couple of nerdy questions for you then so I can try and get a better handle on things... "Color shift -> different colorspace and/or bit-depth." If both the tiff (uncompressed) and the psb are 8-bit, and are both defined with same colourspace - then they should have no colour diffe...

you can use lens correction parameter in Camera Raw that will detetc lens used and adjust vignetting and distortion which cna be quite useful. Also pull down blending to -1/ -2 should smooth out the sky a bit too

there's some exif editors that are worthy of a google, if you dont want APG to show up afterwards you should be able to delete reference to it using one of the editors.
Dunno why you'd do this either but each to their own :)

Try adjusting your blending in render dialog options down a bit (-1, -2... )

oh you're welcome.
'to the left and to the right'- not really particularily helpful, for trying to diagnose the problem
I suspect it may be something to do with your render settings

What/where's the problem exactly?

Here's pano file, just redirect it to your own local folder

Liga Total Cup in Hamburg

Over in Hamburg at the weekend and shot this for big pano for Huggity.

Really nice format the 60 minute football games, like watching in fast-forward.

is the '360 image' option unchecked?

it looks like the pano has been 'optimized' - turn off or modify your optimization prefs - quit - and start again
