Working without Exif

Hi, I am starting to use a new camera without any EXIF information transmitted from the lens to the body (and therefore to the image EXIF data). Since I am an avid APG user, I'd like to understand the consequences of this into my workflow. All the lenses will be rectilinear, with the widest equivale...

APG window popping up while in lightroom

Hi ! When I use APG, I usually have several panoramas I want to process. So my workflow is the following: 1) In lightroom, select the images in a pano, process them 2) In Lightroom, select the images, and "Export to APG in 16 bit TIFF" 3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all my panoramas 4) Open the APG win...

Great ! In any case, I will use the plugin in 2.6 when it's out, and if I get too desperate, will give the Beta a try.

By the way, do you care to comment on why the feature works in Windows and not on a Mac ?

Thanks again for the info,

Miska

Hi, I just got a new Mac (running Lion), and I am using it with APP 2.5.2 and Lightroom 3.4.1. I have noticed that a feature which works fine on my Windows PCs (both XP and 7) doesn't on Mac. What I do under windows, is that I select several images belonging to a single pano in lightroom. Then I cli...

Hi, It would be really great to be able to select some images in Lightroom, click "export to APP" and then have those exported images appear in APP's left panel as a group. Select a new series of images in LR, click "export to APP" and have another group appear in APP. And so on... This feature woul...

Yes, the problem is that the panoramas take typically 10-15 minutes to render, so I cannot baby sit each pano and launch by hand. It is still more efficient to launch the batch, let it make a few panos, and then relaunch it after a crash. Sometimes it will make 10-20 panos before crashing (In which ...

Hi, I changed the memory settings as indicated in the wiki. Unfortunately the batch crashed again, this time on the first panorama. I could try splitting the batch into smaller lots (so batch of 10 projects instead of 25) and see if that makes it more reliable. Any other ideas ? I also noted that th...

Hello, I seem to have exactly the same problem. The batch renderer crashes every 3-4 panos, during smartblending, complaining about a runtime error. I get the "bug splash" screen, and have sent the bug report a couple of times. When I relaunch the same batch, it renders the pano on which it previous...
