And for those who like zoomify (even with only a few pictures), here is a view similar to the second one, taken the same day, as I was with Thierry on that tower :

Yes, this is what I am saying. I have a nn3 panohead, but it is far too small for that lens. I have an old aluminum velbon studio tripod (3.8 KG, very sturdy) The lens is attached to the tripod using tripod collar, and the tripod head is tilted so I can take portrait shots (so even rotation angle is...

Rocamadour : 860 mp

Hi, Here is a 400 pictures pano I made in July of the french town of Rocamadour. EOS 30D, sigma 50-500 at 300, 12 rows of various number of pictures (this is all manual, so angle/overlap varies quiet a lot) Unfortunately, there are a few oof pictures on the top row. Hand held HDR

This is not a pano, but a single hand held bracketed picture.

I used autopano to align the 3 pictures, as I have of course slightly moved while shooting.

Thanks to autopano, you no longer need a tripod for hdr photography :)

Audresselle Beach, Pas de Calais

Hi, Here is a small hand held pano of Audresselle "beach" (Pas de Calais) at low tide. We have been told this was a sand beach 20 years ago, but now the sand is mostly gone. Google map link : http://maps.google.fr/maps?f=q&hl=fr&geocode=&q=audresselle+%22pas+de+calais%22&sll=47.15984,2.988281&sspn=1...

I tried it on a 409 pictures pano, but it crashed at the start of the detection phase. I forgot to write down the message as I was in a hurry. I reinstalled 1.3.1 alpha 2 : no crash on that one.

Les deux marques n'ont pas le même coef.

Canon : 1.6
Nikon : 1.5

J'ai un 30D, et j'en suis très satisfait. En revanche, je ne connais pas cet objectif. J'ai le sigma 10-20 et le canon 24-105L

Thanks guys ! Some technical details : I did post process all the pictures before stitching : sharpness, curve and local contrast. When shooting the pictures, I made the mistake of adapting the focus when shooting the forground trees and grass. Not only had APP lots of problem matching sharp botton ...

My little attempt at huge pano

Here is my little attempt at breaking my own record. 810 MP , still far from 13 GP, but I know my own limit. The subject itself is not that interesting either, as this was just an experiment. Just the village where I live. Canon 30D with sigma 50-500 at 300, 312 pictures, 47 minutes. I tend to do lo...

Thanks guys. I know it would be nicer without those cars but tourists are flocking to the area all year long, and on that day, there had been a mountain bike competition. Bouillon Castle

I always wanted to make a pano of Bouillon Castle (in Belgium, near the french town of Sedan) Here it is. This is the back side. The town is on the over side. some other time, I will shoot the town + the castle, but I would have been facing the Sun when I was there. Zoomify version is here : http://...

Please take a look at the old one which was stiched without color correction.

If you viewed previous pano, you should probably empty your browser cache first.

Yes it does work. Thanks. The only thing the the java script would allow and your code does not is, when you hit the circle with the arrow, zoomify resets the image to the original size, whereas with the javascript (which does not work in ie), it does use the new size, but I guess this can be consid...

Yes, looks like IE and Firefox do not use the same section to find path to pano. On top of that, I had found a cool way to resize zoomify window to full browser window, but IE returns garbage to : window.outerHeight() and window.outerWidth() And totally ignores : document.getElementById('theMovie')....
