Simple composition and like how the sunrise also illuminates the small fishing boat across the harbour water. The white border also presents these pano's very well Niall. next!

Again another gret shot. Given there isn't much colour in the photo, would a monochrome version work as well?

Hi Amser! Like the website layout and the panoram's that you have going. Off topic question but were the those pano's taken at Barmouth? Went on holiday there for a week in 2010 (rained for 6 out of 7 days) and looks familiar! Also noticed that there are no scroll bars on the page for if your IE win...

Hi terry, I agree on the sky and I would also perhaps consider cropping the right hand side as personally I found the walkway distracting from the river scene. Are the original images JPG or RAW format? Perhaps if RAW you may be able to get some further detail showing from them using multiple exposu...

wow, what a place and grand views out to sea. For navigation, my personal preference is for hotspots so you have a feel of "walking" around the location. Don't know if you were aware but in your night scene, there was a reflection of a woman i the glass

All taken with multiple hand held photos from my iPhone. In order #1 - Harveys Brewery @ Lewes, East Sussex, UK. Family brewery since 1790 and a mighty fine ale! #2 - Room "Valentine" at the Rocksalt rooms, Folkestone, Kent, UK. Part of the Rocksalt restaurant owned by celeb chef Mark Sargeant. See ...

Still amazed with APG

Being a pano junkie I have Photosynth and a whole raft of other pano apps on my iPhone but they all give such dire results when stitched in phone. Still amazes me when I take rough photo's with the iPhone and then throw them to APG what a great job it does first and every time. My continued praise t...

Hi Destiny,

impressive stuff and good to hear that the VR Drive is a success. Been looking at one myself since reading your posts on it and wondered how the nadir is taken as it looks like the footprint is quite large?

Regards,
Paul

Hi Jesse, grand work as always! Not sure if you were aware but on the opeing pano, the nadir cap hasn't quite covered the tripod leg that is still partially visible

Hi George, congratulations on your first panoramas! APP and APG are great products and would suggest trying it out for yourself using the free trial download on offer. separately, I would suggest that your four thumbnail pano's you crop them to remove the black areas at the top and bottom of the pic...

If you have PTP, try this. Stitch all shots except the nadir in APG. With the resultant equi image, use PTP to create cube faces. this will give you 6 cube faces, of which you are interested in the nadir face. Taking the nadir cube face and your nadir shot, combine them both using PS or any other ph...

Not currently possible to do in the current v2.6 but been promised for forthcoming v3. currently you will have to mask using PS and then import the masked tiffs into APG

I use the crop tool to restrict the vertical viewing capability. Hi jeradg, If you don't want to edit the nadir to remove the black hole and are happy to restrict the vertical view as stated using PTP, then there is no need to export to cube faces. By exporting to cube faces, this is only needed if...

Next thing I would like to try and figure out is how to hide the top of the tripod in the Nadir. I experimented by taking a 5th shot straight down above where the other 4 shots were taken, but although the software did manage to stitch it in, it made a bit of a hash of the whole thing. In Pantour P...

I have a Nikon 8700 with UR-E12 Fisheye lens and I'm still using my Ipix rotator head. I have tried shooting 5 bracketed shots in one direction and 5 in the other Not knowing the FE lens defined, have you also checked that the stitching is defined as a fish eye lens rather than standard in APG? Als...
