As far as I can see in the Papywizard settings, it's set to 11% at the moment, and I can't go below 10%. I've tried to edit the data in Excel 2003 to add my Offset per column, import is fine, but I cant export. So it looks like that I have to hack together a small program wich generates a XML file t...

Hi!
I now have tried the import with a simulated Papywizard XML file, see the results :
the image shift seems to much, although I get a better result than with the gigapan importer.

I've installed Papywizard but cant figure out how to replicate my setup, especcially the image shift with it.... My Panohead works a bit different in setup, you set an image width in °, an image height in ° and the x and y steps in °, center the camera on the middle of the scene, and then it starts ...

Hi!! Back from Norway!! I shot a hires pano with my selfmade MiniPanoBot and a Canon Powershot SX10is and discovered a firmware bug, a rounding issue. Now I have a 31x36 image set taken the GigaPan style, 36 images per column from top to bottom and 31 colums. The Camera was rotated 2° on the y axis ...

Hi, I think you have selected one file too much, it says : 118 images, but 9x13 is 117. Sometims I accidently select one no-image-file, like a thumbs.db or something like that and the importer wont continue.

Hi! I just want to take up the cudgels for Kolor and APP/APG, I'm using APG since the release 2.09 and from that point it seems to have improved a lot, althoug with some steps back. I made some tours back in the days of 2.09, and it was hard work to get them stitched right, and whenever a new releas...

Picasa etc. plugin to APG import wizards

Hi!

I really like the Picasa plugin, but one thing I'm missing :

I usually shoot with my selfmade panobot in GigaPan style, so it would be really nice if I could select a folder and send it directly to i.e. the gigapan plugin?

dont know if it's possible though....

MfG

Hi, maybe you'll like amok exif sorter http://www.amok.am/index.php?page=progr&id=9 , it can rename files using EXIF info, i.e. Date, Model, Timestamp etc... I use that all the time for sorting my images .

Hello,
Maybe you have an uneven X Resolution? So if the image is tiled into the Cube faces, one line is missing? Just a thought....

Hi!
I had the same problem a few days ago, I had 370 pictures shot with my minipanobot, but i had a very large overlap at the beginning and the end, so I discarded the first and the last column, and vuvuzela(!) it worked like expected.

Ah, that's the problem! I think the only time to activate that option is when you have i.e. blue sky. Siching it off gives the wanted results (and much better RMS after detection).

Thanks!

[APG 2.07 Win7 X64] Problem deleting wrong CP's

Hello, I recently upgraded from 2.06 to 2.07 and redid some of my panoramas (detection works better than 2.06 with most of my pictures) but I just experienced a strange behaviour while finetuning a panorama : after detection has completed I have some images linked together with only one CP, and this...

Hello! Maybe you can try to merge the bracketed shots with something like photomatix, or just take one of the bracketed shots and try another render, as you have three cores left for that :-) Oh, wait : do you already rendering the panorama, or still detecting it? Detecting my bracketed panoramas di...

Hello, I experienced very slow rendering when using bracketed shots. My MiniPanoBot shoots 60 pics for 360x180, rendering takes about one hour on a C2D X6800 @ 2,93GHz with 8GB RAM on Win7 x64 and 4x250GB SATA configured as stripeset. Doing the same Pano bracketed (180 pics, +/- 2EV) it took about t...
